My stay was quite pleasant, with a clean and comfortable room that offered a big space to relax in. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful, providing great suggestions for activities around the area. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk around Zermatt. However, I did wish there were more outlets in the room for charging devices, and I found the walk from the train station a bit longer than expected.

Overall, my stay at Basecamp was quite enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and boasted an exceptional view of the Matterhorn, making it a comfortable retreat. The location was a bit further from the station than I expected, which made for a challenging arrival with luggage. However, it's a great base to explore Zermatt's beautiful scenery.
